1. About NamazHub and the Amir Dean Foundation

NamazHub ("the Service") is operated as a free, charitable initiative of the Amir Dean Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing accessible Islamic tools to Muslims and interested individuals worldwide.

The Foundation's mission is to serve the global Muslim community through technology, free of charge and free of commercial interests. NamazHub will always be free to use.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NamazHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Amir Dean Foundation regarding your use of NamazHub.

3. Eligibility

NamazHub is open to all individuals worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions and no religious requirements — the Service is designed for Muslims but open to anyone who finds it useful.

Users must be at least 13 years of age or the legal minimum age in their jurisdiction.

4. Free Service — No Monetization

• NamazHub is provided entirely free of charge.
• We display no advertisements of any kind.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
• We do not charge for any feature of the Service, now or in the future.
• Voluntary donations are welcomed to cover server costs, but are never required.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may update your username, password, and location preferences at any time from your profile page. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

6. Your Data & Privacy

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide prayer times:

• Your email address (for account access and optional notifications)
• Your location coordinates (to calculate accurate prayer times)
• Your preferences (calculation method, language)

We do not track browsing behavior. We do not use analytics services that collect personal data. Your location is used solely for prayer time computation and is never shared.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

Prayer times displayed by NamazHub are calculated using established algorithms (Muslim World League, ISNA, and others). While we strive for accuracy, NamazHub should not be relied upon as the sole authority for religious rulings. Please consult your local mosque or Islamic authority for any religious guidance.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violations may result in account suspension. The Amir Dean Foundation reserves the right to disable accounts that misuse the Service.

9. Donations

Voluntary donations are accepted to support server infrastructure. Donations are contributions to the Amir Dean Foundation (a non-profit charitable organization) and are not refundable. Donation amounts and the decision to donate are entirely at your discretion — the Service is identical for all users regardless of donation status.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Amir Dean Foundation provides NamazHub "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
